Lovia Premium Auto-Renewal Agreement

Please read this Auto-Renewal Agreement carefully before subscribing to Lovia Premium. By activating or renewing your subscription, you agree to the following terms.

1. Included Features

Your subscription includes:

  • One 2-minute free video call per day

  • Unlimited Likes

  • Filter matches by location and gender

  • See who likes you

  • One Boost per day

  • Double gold coin quantity on purchases

Subscription options:

  • Monthly: $29.99/month (~$0.87/day)

  • Yearly: $69.99/year (~$0.17/day)

2. Auto-Renewal Terms

  1. Authorization:
    If you enable auto-renewal via Apple ID or Google Play, you authorize Lovia to automatically charge your account 24 hours before the current period ends.

  2. Billing Cycle:
    Subscriptions will renew automatically based on your selected billing cycle—monthly or yearly.

  3. Failed Payments:
    If the renewal fails due to insufficient funds or technical issues, the system will continue to retry until successful or until you manually cancel. If renewal is not completed, access to Premium features will be suspended at the end of your current period.

  4. How to Cancel:

  • iOS: Go to [Settings] > [Apple ID] > [Subscriptions]

  • Android: Go to [Google Play] > [Subscriptions]
    You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

  1. Pricing Changes:
    We may adjust prices and features as needed and will notify you via pop-up, app message, or email. If you do not agree, cancel your subscription before the next cycle.

  2. Restore Purchase:
    If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can use “Restore Purchase” to regain your subscription.

3. Important Notes

  • Canceling the subscription prevents future billing but does not affect your access during the current period.

  • You are responsible for any charges incurred due to failure to cancel in time.

    For me, the membership doesn’t provide real value. Even after paying, I still can’t see my likes or visitors. It would also be helpful to know which profiles are AI and which are real people. The AI chatbots are fun for testing, but let’s be honest—we downloaded the app to connect with actual users.

    On top of that, 150 coins per minute for a video call feels like a cash grab. I learned that the hard way when I received a call and 3000 coins disappeared in a blink of an eye. A better approach would be to offer weekly or monthly coin allowances for subscribers. That would feel like a real incentive.
