Welcome to Luma! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Luma mobile application ("the App"), which allows users to apply pixel-style visual effects to their video camera feed and save creative recordings.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Luma.

1. Eligibility
Luma is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. App Functionality
Luma enables users to:

  • Use the camera to view the world in a pixel-style effect

  • Record videos with those effects applied

  • Save creations locally to their device

We may update features or remove access to certain tools at our discretion.

3. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • Upload, share, or create content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on others’ rights

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to tamper with the App

4. Ownership and Rights
You retain ownership of any content you create and save using the App. However, Luma retains ownership of all app features, visual styles, and technology used within the App. You may not reuse or distribute Luma’s assets without permission.

5. Privacy and Data
We respect your privacy. Camera access is required only for applying effects in real time and recording with your consent. We do not collect personal video data unless you choose to share it. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Luma if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior.

7. Disclaimers
Luma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results from using the App.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
