Welcome to Dora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dora mobile application (the "App"), a platform that allows users to create interactive 3D shapes using hand gestures and AI-powered camera input.

By using Dora, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dora. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement and that you meet the minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18 to use Dora. If we discover that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account and delete any related content.

2. User Conduct
You agree to use Dora responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

  • Interfere with the App or other users

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App

  • Upload any harmful, illegal, or offensive content

  • Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

  • Violate the rights or privacy of others

3. User Content
All 3D creations you generate with Dora are considered your content. You retain ownership but grant Dora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for product improvement, promotion, and internal research, unless you opt out by contacting us. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property
The Dora App, its visual effects, software, branding, and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use our assets without prior written consent.

5. Privacy
Your use of Dora is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and store personal data. No camera footage is stored unless explicitly saved by you. We do not share personal data without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in any activity that harms the experience or safety of other users.

7. Disclaimer
Dora is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, performance, or accuracy of any features. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes within the App. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
