To use Eterna, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. User Conduct
You agree to use Eterna in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not:

  • Upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content

  • Use the App for commercial solicitation without permission

4. Content Ownership and Usage
You retain rights to the content you post, including messages, photos, and profile information. By posting, you grant Eterna a non-exclusive license to display and share your content within the platform to support functionality and community engagement.

5. In-App Purchases
Certain features in the App may be accessed through one-time in-app purchases, such as purchasing virtual coins to use on platform interactions (e.g., sending virtual gifts during live streams). Purchases are processed via the App Store and subject to Apple’s terms. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that disrupts the safety or experience of others.

7. Disclaimers
Eterna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, matches, or uninterrupted service.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
